Blondies (eggless)
I have been waiting forever to post the blondie recipe. I made for this version of the brownie which in my view is a treat in deception. It does not have the elegance of the brownie but it is a mellowed form of beauty. For the uninitiated this is a fudgy cake recipe without the dark chocolate. The flavor and the fudginess comes from the usage of brown sugar. Since I made the eggless version, I used condensed milk which added to the goey texture. Usually blondies are also mixed with white chocolate or milk chocolate chips. I used the peanut butter chips to enhance its flavors. That combination worked very well for my kiddo. We often paired it with vanilla ice-cream and strawberry syrup.
