Spicy Onion Relish

The recipe has basically evolved from just being cut onion sprinkled with salt and pepper to what it is now a Relish.
DH kept improvising the dish by asking me to add a little of this and that. Today this is like a must have relish when there are not salads or raitas. It is so easy to make that I do not mind making it anytime


Ingredients
1 sliced Spring Onion / Red Onion
1/2 tspn red chilli powder
1/2 tspn turmeric powder
1 tspn roasted peanut powder
1 tspn Oil (smoked if you dont like raw smell)
salt to taste
Method
1) Mix everything in a bowl and serve.
Sprinkle some coriander leaves if you are not using the onion greens.
You can also add lemon juice if you like it tangy
